Long has lived seven years in Europe, studying and working in the UK and the Netherlands. He has worked with startups in India, Canada, and the Netherlands, gaining experience in mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), technology, and AI.
Passionate about languages, books, and building meaningful connections, Long founded Lekker as a way to give back. Having benefited from valuable international exposure at a young age, he is committed to helping businesses bridge cultures, unlock opportunities, and create lasting impact between the globe and Vietnam.
Tommy Nguyen
Supply Chain Manager
Tommy is a Supply Chain professional with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and electronics industries, specializing in supplier development, supply planning, and supply chain optimization.
Experienced in supplier sourcing, audit, and selection, with a proven track record of developing and managing a network of nearly 100 suppliers across Vietnam. Strong expertise in evaluating supplier capabilities, capacity planning, and ensuring supply stability across multiple manufacturing processes including machining, die-casting, plastic injection, PCBA, wire harness, and motor production.
An is a software engineer with a versatile background in technology and digital solutions. As a long-time friend and collaborator of the founder, he combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of Lekker's mission.
